Welcome to Sunnyside
Sunnyside is a neighborhood in San Francisco, California, developed in 1891 as lots for single-family homes. The developing company, Sunnyside Land Development Company, installed an electric streetcar line to allow access from downtown San Francisco. This allowed for the growth and expansion of the area.
Most homes in Sunnyside were built as single, custom homes, while some were created by developers with multiple homes of similar size and looks. This development was completed in the 1980s.
